Anyone can push a vacuum around. Here's what we do differently:
HEPA Filtration Vacuums
Our commercial vacuums use HEPA filters that capture 99.97% of particles down to 0.3 microns. That means less dust circulating through your HVAC system, fewer allergens for sensitive employees, and genuinely cleaner air. We empty and clean filters daily — not weekly, not when they look full. Daily.
Color-Coded Microfiber System
We use a strict color-coding protocol to prevent cross-contamination. Red cloths are for restrooms only. Blue cloths are for general office surfaces. Green cloths are for kitchen and break room areas. Yellow cloths handle dusting. They never mix. We wash all cloths on-site at our facility with commercial-grade detergent and hot water cycles.
EPA-Registered Disinfectants
We use List N disinfectants registered with the EPA for use against emerging pathogens. For medical offices, we maintain documentation of disinfectant contact times — because spraying and immediately wiping doesn't disinfect anything. The chemical needs to sit on the surface for the specified dwell time to actually kill germs.
After-Hours & Weekend Scheduling
Most of our clients prefer evening cleaning (6 PM to 6 AM) so there's no disruption to the workday. We also offer weekend-only service for businesses that are closed Saturdays and Sundays. If you need daytime cleaning, we can accommodate — we'll work with your schedule, not against it.
Security Protocols
All staff are background-checked and carry photo ID. We follow keyholder procedures, sign in/out logs, and can execute NDAs for sensitive environments. For buildings with card access, we work with your security team to issue and manage access credentials. We've never had a security incident, and we intend to keep it that way.
