We use password-protected systems, encrypted connections for data transmission, and physical security measures at our office location. We regularly review our security practices to ensure they remain effective against current threats.

Third Parties We Share Data With

We share your information with a minimal number of third-party service providers who help us operate our business:

  • HubSpot — our CRM platform where quote requests and client communications are stored. HubSpot processes data in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.
  • Our email service provider — used for sending proposals and general business communication. All emails are sent over encrypted connections.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not share your information with marketing companies, data brokers, or advertisers. We do not participate in data co-ops or information sharing arrangements with other businesses.

Data Retention

How long we keep your information depends on whether you become a client:

  • If you do not become a client: We retain your quote request information for two years, then delete it. This allows us to reference past conversations if you contact us again, while not holding your data indefinitely.
  • If you become a client: We retain your information for the duration of our business relationship, plus seven years after service ends, to comply with tax and accounting requirements. After this period, your data is securely deleted.

Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: You can request a copy of the information we hold about you.
  • Correction: You can request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: You can request that we delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).
  • Portability: You can request that we provide your data in a commonly used format.
